Two conferences with the presence of Allied leaders that took place in Quebec City during the Second World War. The first conference in 1943, he accepted the appointment of a British admiral Mountbatten as supreme commander of allied forces in Southeast Asia and outlined plans for the invasion of France, the mission for which the American General Eisenhower was appointed supreme commander. The second conference in September 1944, adopted plans to intensify its air attacks on Germany, created a unified strategy against Japan and established a post-war policy to be adopted for a defeated Germany.
